Shared Rooms
Our shared rooms offer a warm, supportive environment with daily interaction, attentive care, and pricing that reflects each resident’s level of support.
Private Room with Shared Bathroom
(Up to three total residents)
These private rooms provide independence while still fostering connection, with care needs reviewed upfront and pricing discussed clearly from the start.
Private Room with Attached Bathroom
(Shared with up to two total residents)
This option provides added comfort and privacy, with an attached bathroom shared by only one other resident. Families value our straightforward approach and open communication as care needs evolve.
Private Room with Private Bathroom
Our most private option, ideal for residents who value independence with personalized support. From day one, we clearly outline what is included so families can feel confident in both the care provided and the cost.

We are committed to being upfront and transparent so families always understand what services are included and how pricing is determined.
Monthly rates are all-inclusive and typically cover housing, meals, daily assistance, activities, and personalized care. There are no add-on fees or tiered pricing surprises.
One-Time Intake Fee: $500,
Covers processing, assessments, and a thoughtful onboarding process to ensure a smooth and supportive transition.
How We Determine Level of Care
Every resident is unique, and so are their care needs. Before move-in, we complete a comprehensive assessment that considers mobility, personal care, medication support, cognitive needs, and overall safety.
We review our recommendations with families so pricing and care expectations are clear from the start. If care needs change over time, adjustments are discussed openly and in advance.
